All siding and trim were removed and replaced in 2006 with hardy board and composition trim. 2 upper back decks and front walkway were also replaced in 2006 with composition decking. Areas of the roof were replaced with new plywood and shingles. Sidewalls along lower back porches were replaced in 2006. New plywood sub-floor on upper level was installed in living, dining, and vanity areas. An additional rail was installed between all upstairs and stairway rails to reduce the gap between rails as required with new construction. Decomposed granite has been spread around building to discourage weeds and to improve the aesthetics. Kitchen cabinets were replaced or refinished as needed. All kitchens feature a green house window. New vanities and sinks were installed in all 4 units in 2010. 2 new heating units were installed around 2010. All units have 2 parking spaces. The building is in good condition after all the 2006 repairs and improvements.
