Check-out time is 10 AM. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. A maximum of 6 guests are allowed at any given time. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise. The number of vehicles on property should never exceed two per reservation, with up to two cars allowed to park in the driveway. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, and be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM, keeping excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind are permitted. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
