Upon entering the condo, you'll find an open-concept living room with two sleeper sofas, comfy chairs, and a large Smart TV. It's the perfect place to relax after a long day or spend time together playing games. The dining room and kitchen are just off the living room, featuring a stove, microwave, and full-size fridge. There are 3 bedrooms, one with a queen bed, one with two twin beds, and one with a twin-over-twin bunk bed. An additional sleeping space with two double beds is in a shared part of the home with no door. There are also two bathrooms with a tub.
A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. The laundry space is shared between all units. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended, are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this.
This condo is located in a very quiet and safe residential neighborhood. There is no public transportation in the neighborhood, so you will need to drive or plan to take a cab or Uber.
There are a couple of stairs to get into the home, and a few stairs to get down to the living room, with all the bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs. If you are not comfortable with stairs, this might not be the best choice for your stay. The house has a digital combo lock pad, and guests will have full and private access to the home. Outdoor spaces and parking are shared with guests of other units. Contact-free check-in is available via a digital door code. You must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property. Smoking is prohibited, and if any signs of smoking are found, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. Parties are prohibited, and quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If quiet hours are violated, the reservation may be canceled, and you will be required to leave the property immediately without a refund. Noise may be monitored with exterior cameras and/or noise monitoring technology. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. There is a $100 charge for third-party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property.
