Glass front upper doors with soft close hinges. Granite kitchen and bath counter tops with under mount sinks. New stainless-steel dishwasher, microwave vented hood, range and refrigerator. All interior doors preserved with original period door hardware. Tile flooring in the bath polished to restore and preserve original charm. Wall and tub tile replaced and grouted as needed. Tub re-glazed. New Braun 80 cfm vented bath fan. New spray foam insulation in the attic roof deck. New driveway and house walk. Landscaped yard with Empire Zoysia sod, automatic 3 zone sprinkler system. Added fencing and gates.
