This all brick home has had a facelift inside and out over the years since the sellers purchased the home. You will notice when you drive up the new modern color pallet on the outside of the home which is nicely landscaped with rocks and stepping stones to the entrance. As you enter the home you can see that it has been opened up with walls removed for that open concept and feel. There is a Living Room with a fireplace (non-working) like most East Hill Homes with build in bookcases on each side. The living room is open to a dining area and into the breakfast nook and another sitting area which could be considered a family room. The additional bedrooms are good size and when remodeling was done additional closet space was added in both of the additional bedrooms. All bedrooms have carpet. The bathrooms have the original tile flooring. We do have some ceramic tile flooring in the family room, breakfast nook and kitchen. The remainder of the home has Finger-block Parquet Flooring an authentic choice for wood floors in midcentury homes with real Red Oak. There is a two car carport with a large storage room that is oversized for storage since the washer and dryer was relocated in the home when remodeling took place. The windows are newer vinyl windows. The home had a facelift with Rebuild NW Florida that added storm panels and a new roof some years back. Gas Tankless Water Heater. Large back yard that is fenced.
