This three-story, newly built house features all new furniture, linens, kitchen items, and accessories. The beautiful open floor plan is a great place to hang out and relax between all of your Nashville festivities. The house includes a gourmet fully stocked kitchen, a spacious living and dining area, and a bonus room with a sleeper sofa and smart TV.
Garage parking and free street parking are available. Dogs are welcome with specific rules: up to two dogs under 50lbs are allowed, they must be leashed when outside, and guests must pick up after their dogs using the provided dog bag station. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds and should not be left unattended. They need to be crated if left alone in the house. Failure to follow these rules may incur an additional fee. There is an additional $400 fee for guests wanting to book the property for filming and photography, with a location agreement required prior to the shoot date.
Although close to all of the action, the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. Walk 5-10 minutes to the heart of 8th and 12 South to discover its shops, boutiques, restaurants, and cafes. Zanie's Comedy Club is a 5-minute walk away. Venture into town to discover its live music scene. Quick and cheap Uber or Lyft rides can take you anywhere, with 15 minutes to BNA Airport, 5 minutes to Broadway and Honky Tonks, and 3 minutes to the Gulch. The area is walkable to shops, cafes, boutiques, restaurants, and clubs.
The property has a zero-tolerance policy for being used as a 'home base' for parties or visitors to come and go. Exterior cameras are in place to verify who is entering the home. If you exceed your confirmed guest count, you will be asked to leave immediately and charged a $500 fine. Early check-ins or late check-outs must be pre-arranged and cannot be requested on the day before or the day of arrival. Non pre-arranged late check-outs will result in withholding of deposit.
