Built in 1918, and conveniently located on the boulevard which carried a street car down the center and the street car waiting stations are still sitting beautifully down this classic street in Springfield. This home, while always beautifully maintained, has many new updates! 2009 saw a new furnace, i.e., AC system, new outdoor patio meeting the garage and house, and every window was replaced! The chimney had new stucco and tuck pointing. The entire home has new stucco, which included insulation and new gutters with leaf relief. In 2009 the roof was also replaced on the house and garage and French Doors were added to side yard. A complete electric update was also completed.
