As of January 2016

Its time to sell Dad's house. Son just had a whole house inspection and it needs some work. It will not qualify for an FHA or VA loan mostly because there isn't enough clearance under part of the house and electrical issues. But it does have some very nice qualities. The home is over 1600 sq ft with 6.21 acres and a small studio apartment with a older 24 by 30 shop. There are three wells but only one is registered at 16 gallons per min.
