Apt B is the basement unit and doesn't have a thermostat. The thermostat is in our unit (unit A) upstairs. We keep it cool in the summer and warm in the winter. With good communication this has never been an issue.

There is an application fee of $40 to apply. This covers a background check, work history, and rental history. Each person over 18 must apply.
