Jathan represented me and my daughter in the purchase of her first home in Fort Collins. From the start he was kind, helpful, and funny. Jathan was far and above any realtor I’ve ever worked with on my recent home purchase. Not only was he extremely responsive and communicative, he also took one somewhat of a caring dad role with houses I looked at, making a point to explain how certain things could be fixed and maintained. If you are in the market for a great realtor or like me wasn’t even sure why I needed one(I did find out am so glad we had him) contact Jathan. Jathan was great, and his assistant Gena as well. Great communication worked with us to find the right spot, with a house that fell through do to the sellers and a change in what we needed do to a death in the family. It was a roller coaster for us and I’m glad we had Jathan to help us through it all!!!

The first time we worked with Jathan, we were first time home buyers. This year we set out to sell our home and relocate to Windsor.

We are still so thankful for Jathan. He answers all of our questions, communicates well and is an invaluable resource for building a new-build. He notices so many tiny details on our walk-throughs that we would have otherwise missed.

He got to know our family and our unique needs well so he was able to advise on properties that he thought would fit us best and we found the perfect home!

Working with Jathan was a great experience and relief. This was my first home purchase and he helped guide me through all the ups and downs. Jathan assisted me with the sale and purchase of homes. He is very knowledgeable and knows his business. He got a contract in a few hours on the house I was selling. He was very clever in how he marketed and priced the home I was selling. Worked through some technicalities regarding the house I purchased. I had to find a seller willing to accept a contingent offer. To our surprise, and due to having a broader network of agents, Jathan was able to work with the agent for a contingent contract. There were a couple of items for repair at the house I was selling. Again, Jathan had a network of trades who he found to do the work to get the house ready for the new owners. Jathan called a couple of times to check on things after moving I moved to the new neighborhood and I appreciate him reaching out. Thank you Jathan, I give you much credit for the purchase of my new place.

Jathan was awesome to work with! His knowledge of the neighborhood was evident. He worked with us as we got our house ready to sell - there was no pressure, and he was very understanding. His marketing of our house was great - he brought in excellent stagers and photographers, and the open houses brought in more traffic than I had expected.
His whole team was very helpful and responsive. Jathan explained and helped us navigate the offers that came in, and I think our house was under contract about 3 after being put on the market.
