Over the island is an Italian, black glass, pendant light fixture. On the island is a thirty inch, stainless steel chef's sink, controlled by foot pedals for hands free convenience. There is a reverse osmosis drinking water system in place also. The new cabinets are made of 16 gauge stainless steel. Heartland manufactured the 36 inch, free standing range. Heartland is the oldest stove and range manufacturer in North America. The range has a six burner gas stove top, an oversized oven, and an upgraded, commercial hood. There is tape lighting above and below the cabinetry. The lower cabinets are all drawers for easy access and storage (except at the sink). The Kitchen Aid wall oven has a steamer capacity and a Sabbath mode convection oven. There is also a thirty inch Kitchen Aid microwave/convection wall oven and a Kitchen Aid thirty inch warmer drawer with a slow cook feature. The built-in Northland refrigerator was imported from Canada and boasts a stainless steel interior as well the stainless steel exterior. Nothing was omitted when this house was planned.
