Smoking is prohibited on this property, and a fine of $500 will be imposed if any signs of smoking are found. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a $500 fee. Early check-in/check-out may be accommodated at a fee of $25 per hour, with prior arrangement. Otherwise, a $500 late check-out fee will apply. If the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning, extra charges may apply.
