Smoking is prohibited on this property, including balconies and around the building, with a $500 fine for violations. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a $500 fee. Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated at a fee of $25 per hour, but a $500 late check-out fee will apply if not authorized.
