The apartment comes with one parking spot, with additional parking options available nearby or on the street. For units that permit pets, an additional cleaning fee is required per pet: $25 per night for 1-7 nights, $200 for 8-29 nights, and $300 for 30+ nights. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats and dogs are allowed. If pets are brought without prior notification, a $500 fee will be imposed.
