This 2-bedroom apartment features an inviting living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom complete with toiletries. You can also enjoy the game room, rooftop lounge areas and fire pits, outdoor grilling area, fitness center, in-unit washer/dryer, smart TV with streaming apps installed, TV in the living room, and complimentary coffee. Note that there are multiple units in this building and each one is unique, so decor and layout may vary slightly from what you see in photos.
Two towels are provided per guest per stay. Maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined) are allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds, with an additional pet fee of $100-300 based on stay length, collected separately.
Located in the heart of Cincinnati’s lively Over-the-Rhine neighborhood, this apartment blends historic character with modern comfort. Just steps from trendy shops, acclaimed dining, and vibrant nightlife, it places you right in the middle of the city’s energy and charm. A car isn’t necessary to explore the area, as you can find restaurants, entertainment, and activities within walking distance.
No smoking or parties are allowed. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-7am each day. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. No outside guests are allowed without permission. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The minimum age requirement of the primary person booking should be 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. [SI]
