There are eight units in two four-plex buildings. Each 776 square foot apartment is 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, with a dedicated outside storage room, parking space, and one shared laundry room for each building. Rent is $1,280 per month. A security deposit of $1,280 may be paid in 1 or 2 installments. Water, sewer, and garbage are paid by owner. No pets are allowed.

The apartments are owned by Lutheran Home for the Aging, which presently operates 78 units of affordable, subsidized housing for people over the age of 62 or with handicaps. These new units are reserved for seniors and handicapped people who can afford non-subsidized monthly rents and provide support in our mission to serve the needs of the elderly with safe and affordable housing in our subsidized apartments.
