Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community. Parking can accommodate one vehicle in the back of the home. The garage is off-limits, therefore, indoor parking is not available.
Located in the ultimate family resort near Disney and other world-class attractions, Windsor at Westside is an amazing and sought-after community. Expect first-class amenities, including a huge resort-style pool, a lazy river, water slides, a separate splash pool, a hot tub, volleyball and basketball courts, and a huge clubhouse with arcades and a bar and lounge. In the immediate area outside the resort, you will find ample shopping, dining, and entertainment. The property is just a couple of minutes' walking distance to the clubhouse.
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. During inclement weather, it is not advised to use the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. After it rains, there may be some debris that washes into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored. Check-out time is 10 AM. Late check-outs not approved in writing will be fined up to $250. The home is self-catering, and supplies are not refilled during your stay. A pet fee of $150 is applied to your reservation for one house-trained dog. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Excessive noise should be minimized between 10 PM and 8 AM. Trash must be bagged and placed in the proper receptacle, failure to follow this rule can result in fines up to $300. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
