While this home does have lots of paneling and could use some new floor coverings in some areas, much has been done to update this home. Besides the new main floor bath many of the windows have been updated, the metal roof was installed in 2009 and a ceiling hung propane furnace in 2011. The older oil furnace is still hooked up and there is also a wood burning stove in the basement. A new electrical box was installed in 2014. There is a generator hook up also. You will never be cold here. The 3-4 car attached garage is insulated and the added garage is deep enough to accommodate another car or just your toys.
