There is a large storage area off the kitchen as well as another larger locked storage closet across from the front door and a third one in front of the designated parking space. Furnishings are included for an easy move-in option. No elevator in this complex but it's just one flight up. There is a pool for The Colony residents and guests only, which is a very nice amenity to have. The condo is in very good condition but one may want to make some updates, depending on preferences.
