The living room has all new furniture that includes a full-size sofa (also a sleeper), two sitting chairs and a 50” flat screen TV, all of which will convey with the property.
To the right of the living/dining area is a well-appointed kitchen with all the must haves: Refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, blender, toaster etc, that all convey with the property.
Off the main hall you will find the guest bedroom that offers two twin size beds, a closet, a dresser, full length mirror and a flat screen smart tv. The twin beds can convert to one king bed.
The master bedroom is located at the rear of the home and offers a queen size bed, 50" flat screen tv, a closet, a dresser, and a full-length mirror.
Both bedrooms have windows to provide natural light, ceiling fans and privacy shades. Between the two bedrooms you will find the laundry closet with washer, dryer, broom etc. The bathroom has a full size shower/ tub combo, vanity, and toilet.
Walk through the living room and out the rear French doors you will find a large outdoor patio, table, chairs, umbrella, and a foot gate to quickly access the home.
Surrounding the condo, you will find lush mature foliage and vegetation throughout the community. Walking paths between the complexes provide a short cut to get to your destinations quickly. When staying at the property you are also given the foot gate keys to access the surrounding Truman Annex pedestrian gates throughout the day and night.
The community pool is also a great way to spend the afternoon. The pool is a great size and offers almost full day of sun. The pool area has plenty of loungers for you to enjoy the day basking in the tropical weather!
When choosing a place to stay in Key West, its important to find a location that offers quick access to everything. So you can chose to leave the car in the parking spot and experience Key West on foot or bike!
This condo is located less than 2 blocks to Truman's Little Whitehouse and the famous Green Parrot. It is less than 1 mile to Fort Zachary Taylor (Beach), Mallory Square, Duval Street, Southernmost Tip of the US, Hemingway House, and a 10 minute walk to the historic seaport located in the heart of Old Town, and SO much more.
Home has brand new impact doors and windows as of December of 2024.
Unit comes with 1 parking space right in front of entry!
Through 2025 Owner can lease for 26 weekly rentals for the year. License may convey to new owner. At the end of 2025, the transient license expires. The city may renegotiate but that is still undetermined.
