All guests are required to upload a valid government-issued ID and a selfie through our secure verification system before check-in to verify identity and provide check-in instructions. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to book and stay. The home is equipped with noise and smoke detectors that monitor for elevated noise levels and detect smoke. Exterior cameras are installed around the outside of the property for safety and protection. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, and if evidence of smoking is found, a $500 fine will be charged. Parties are not allowed, but production shoots and photo shoots are permitted with prior written approval from the host.
