The current owners did an extensive renovation when they purchased the home in 2006 with the assistance of designer, Carolyn Campbell. Lester Martin, who worked under King Stubbs, drew the plans for the kitchen addition and John Ashbrook was their contractor. The kitchen was designed by Sandy Sartor of Key Millwork. Key Millwork also did the work in the master bathroom, hall bathroom, laundry room, and computer room. The renovation also included rebuilding the stairway and reworking the upstairs with a bathroom addition included.
