About Arbor Hills
Arbor Hills offers a variety of 2 - 3 bedroom housing options including apartments and townhomes. All units at Arbor Hills come with reserved parking and are located within two blocks of the ISU Campus. These newly renovated units offer laundry in-unit, LVP through the main level, quartz countertops, modern appliances, and more! You can also conveniently find community grills and picnic tables in the courtyard. The private entrances and multi-level units give tenants the ability to make it their home. Included in the rent is water/sewer and internet. Tenants pay for electricity and gas. Cats and dogs over a year old are allowed - pet fees will apply. ($250 non-refundable pet fee & $40/mo. per pet)
