This is a smoke-free home. Smoking inside will incur a cost of smoke remediation, which can run more than $1,000. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. Parties or events are strictly prohibited unless pre-arranged. All guests must be registered, with unregistered overnight guests incurring a $50 fee per guest for each night. Late check-outs not pre-approved will result in a $100 fee, and if more than 90 minutes late, the greater of either $250 or the full rate for another night will be charged. Early check-ins, if not pre-arranged, are not permitted. Bathroom towels should not be used to clean bikes, as replacement costs will be charged.
