Enjoy the pool daily from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM for $10 per person per day. Wristbands are required for entry and will be provided after payment. Only guests wearing wristbands are allowed in the pool. Lost or damaged wristbands have a $100 replacement fee. One parking space is included with your stay. Please display the parking permit on your dashboard or rearview mirror. Vehicles parked incorrectly may be towed at the guest’s expense. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, vehicle damage, or towing.

Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours in advance and is subject to availability and an additional cost. Unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge equivalent to one night's stay. Guest screening is required for building access. If the screening is not approved or not completed, your reservation will be canceled. Smoking inside incurs a $300 fine and unauthorized parties incur a $300 fine. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to city regulations and seasonal cycles. Heating is fully active from October 15 to May 1, and air conditioning is fully active from May 15 to October 1. Between these dates, the system adjusts based on outside temperatures, as decided by the building association.
