Pentagon City is just around the corner, and you'll find the Fashion Centre at Pentagon City, a top shopping mall with great stores and restaurants. Potomac Yard is a quieter, residential area with green spaces and scenic walking and biking trails, perfect for relaxing outdoors. You’re only minutes from downtown Washington, D.C., with easy access to metro stations, highways, and Reagan National Airport. Whether you're here for work or fun, getting around is quick and easy.
Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. All guests must be registered prior to arrival, and you must send the full name and a valid government-issued ID for each guest before check-in. IDs are required at the front desk for building access. Unregistered guests are not permitted. Failure to provide this information in advance may result in cancellation of the reservation, as per building regulations. This property is located in a residential building, so please keep noise to a minimum at all times to respect neighbors. If the apartment is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be applied. Smoking inside and unauthorized parties will result in a $300 fine. Lost FOB or access card: $250. Lost parking tag: $200–$300 (based on building rates). Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours in advance and is subject to availability and has an additional cost. The latest possible check-out is 12:00 PM. Unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge equivalent to one night's stay. Please do not send packages (Amazon, Best Buy, etc.) to the property, as deliveries are not accepted or guaranteed. Washcloths are not provided. For the safety of all residents and guests, the building requires a brief screening before check-in, and you must complete this process before your arrival. If the screening is not approved or not completed, your reservation will be canceled. The building uses a centralized HVAC system, regulated by season and local guidelines. Heating is fully active from October 13 – May 1 and air conditioning is fully active from May 15 – October 1.
