Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 8:00. All guests must be registered prior to arrival. Please send the full name and a valid government-issued ID for each guest before check-in. IDs are required at the front desk for building access. Unregistered guests are not permitted. Failure to provide this information in advance may result in cancellation of the reservation, as per building regulations. This property is located in a residential building. Please keep noise to a minimum at all times to respect neighbors. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours in advance, is subject to availability, and has an additional cost. The latest possible check-out is 12:00 PM. Unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge equivalent to one night's stay. Washcloths are not provided. If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be applied. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to city regulations and seasonal cycles, with heating in full operation from October 15 to May 1 and AC in full operation from May 15 to October 1. Between transitions, the operation of the HVAC is at the discretion of the building association according to the outside temperature. The damage waiver fee helps cover accidental damage, provided it is reported during your stay. Unintentional damage to items inside the unit is covered up to $300 per stay. Intentional damage or misuse, violations of rental policies, damage exceeding $300, damage to vehicles or personal items, theft or unreported damage, lost or stolen items, and external damage are not covered. Additional charges apply for lost FOB or access card ($250), lost parking tag ($200–$300 based on building rates), smoking inside ($300 fine), and unauthorized party ($300 fine).
