Smoking is not allowed in the premises, and the minimum smoking fee is $200, but the total charge may be higher if the property's condition renders it temporarily unrentable. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 7 am. Parties and fireworks are not allowed. The stairs leading to the loft are steep, so please observe safety and monitor children. If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $100 replacement fee per key.
