Upstairs are two bedrooms with a spacious porch; sharing a bathroom. There is a large laundry room and an oversized single car garage, perfect to store that second car or golf cart. When you live in Sandestin a golf cart is almost a must, to run to the beach, play tennis, golf or go over to the Village of Baytowne Wharf to enjoy a great meal, concert or just shop in the delightful shops along the courtyard.
