Just 1.5 miles from the 16th Ave N beach access, this villa offers plenty of free parking and convenient access to Hwy 17, making it easy to enjoy a night on the town and soak up all that Surfside Beach has to offer. Broadway at the Beach and the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk are only 15 minutes north, while Murrells Inlet, known as the "Seafood Capital of SC," is 15 minutes south.
This Grand Palms property is a peaceful retreat away from the cramped beachfront condo scene. Spacious and modern, the villa features 3 beds and 3 full baths, providing plenty of room for the extended family. You can cook gourmet meals in the full-sized and fully stocked kitchen, and enjoy family meals with ample seating. Each guest bedroom has its own private bathroom, with two offering en-suite baths. The villa also includes walk-in closets, premium cable with large flat-screen TVs, complimentary resort Wi-Fi, and a dedicated workspace.
Linens for all beds, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths are provided, along with a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand and dish soaps, and two laundry pods and dish pods, all included with the cleaning fee. Guests are encouraged to bring pool or beach towels. Super light and durable backpack-style beach chairs are available for rent to enhance your stay.
Located between Business Hwy 17 and Hwy 17 Bypass, Grand Palms at Deerfield is centrally located in Surfside Beach with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and numerous amenities. Within 3 miles or a 10-minute drive, you'll find three grocery stores, Target, and Walmart. Favorite local restaurants like the Wooden Spoon, Surfside Pizza, The Bar-B-Q House, and Johnny D's Waffles are just around the corner. Additional dining and shopping options are available at the Market Common, perfect for an evening stroll with the family.
The property is non-smoking and pets are not permitted. Check-in is between 4:00-10:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. By state law, occupancy may not exceed 8, including infants and children. Quiet hours are between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM as per city ordinance. Please do not hang towels or bathing suits on balconies; a dryer is provided in each unit. Charcoal grills are available for use, but portable grills are not permitted on balconies or patios. Parking is available in front of the building without a parking pass requirement.
