The fire damage was mostly contained in the kitchen area but of course there is damage from putting the fire out - Kudos to the local firemen! This one is truly going to be a labor of love but has lots of potential. It is priced to sell but is also according to the existing value - look at construction prices today and you will know that this one is a steal.
