I think this house is in one of the best school districts you can find. Two blocks off of Whites Ferry road make it very easy for the drive to work. Rheem central heat and Air, inside and outside, were replaced 08-30-16. Pretty sure it's a 4-ton unit. The third bedroom has mostly been used as a living room. Since the time I have lived in the house across the street, 1976, there were only 2 people living in this house. They enjoyed this bed room next to the sun porch for watching tv. Kenmore fridge stays with the buyer and it works perfectly. You will love our neighborhood!
