You binged 5 seasons of HGTV Fixer Upper and Good Bones. It's not a mistake you're reading this now! This home has the great location in a quiet neighborhood. When it's updated you will have a beautiful home on a level lot, with a fenced backyard. Keep those front doors please, they are gorgeous! The living room is massive at 24 x 17 if you measure around the elephant in the room, or more accurately, the stairwell. The freestanding wood stove is a nice touch, unlike the 1 inch textured wall detail (good thing it's only on a few walls!) Eat in kitchen is decent size, but the appliances are probably older than I am. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths on the main level. Great spot to add a deck. Downstairs is reminiscent of an escape room - it's large and there is a lot to look at. Walk out basement, another room that's technically a 3rd bath, (it needs help) a separate finished room that is yelling for flooring so it can be a sleeping area or an office. Bring gloves and your imagination!
