A dog is a possibility if your dog is friendly, house trained, and you are able to give your dog enough attention/supervision. You have an upstairs and a downstairs neighbor and so common courtesy and respectful quiet are needed. Your patio is exclusive for your use but other yard spaces are shared. We will require background and credit checks for which they charge a fee. We will check references. At this point, the apartment is currently rented, you may drive past but please do not enter the yard or knock on the door or otherwise disturb the current tenants.
