As you'll see from the interior photos, this home needs some TLC. There is an active rook leak. The home was built in 2006 and it looks like most of the amenities are all original. The biggest issues observed are a need for new flooring and all new interior paint plus kitchen appliance upgrades. Sewer. The home also has gas HVAC, a gas hot water heater and a gas fireplace. The subdivision does have a mandatory HOA but it is only $111 per year. The subdivision has good appeal and all the homes are well-kept from the outside.
