The condo is located in the heart of the city, and like other city centers in the US, there are often houseless individuals smoking and drinking around the area and outside of the building. The building is currently under construction, with blowers in the lobby and hallways to manage odors. If the noise is bothersome at night, they can be turned off. The onsite parking lot is privately owned and may have some trash in the area. It can feel uncomfortable at night, so guests may prefer to find another parking lot nearby. AC and heating are available seasonally, controlled by the HOA without a thermostat. Quiet hours are between 21:00 and 9:00. The space is for residential use only and is not for social gatherings or parties. Only registered guests are allowed in the unit. No pets are allowed at any time, with a minimum fine of $500 for violations. A false fire alarm will incur a minimum fine of $150. No eating, beverages, or smoking are allowed in the hallways or other common areas, with a minimum fine of $50. Large items like pizza boxes should not be placed in the hallway trash chutes, with a minimum fine of $50. Bicycles are not allowed to enter the building. Guests are expected to leave the condo tidy, empty the trash, start the dishwasher, and leave dirty towels in the bathroom.
