We have enjoyed our home, our neighbors, and our area! We're relocating to be closer to family. Our brick home comes with 4 acres and is low maintenance. Our home has many features that we hope you will enjoy as much as we have, such as the split bedroom plan where the master bedroom/master suite is on the opposite side of the house from the rest of the bedrooms; spacious laundry room; a work island in the kitchen, along with a breakfast bar, lots of counter space (NEW kitchen counters & backsplash in 2022) and walk-in pantry in the spacious kitchen; a sun room at the back of the home and 2 covered porches (front & back). There are spacious his & her walk-in closets in the master. We're leaving you lots of goodies to enjoy, including the stainless steel appliances that we purchased in July 2019, and the washer & dryer. We purchased the smooth-top stove last year, and you also have a wall oven option. Last year we also installed NEW faucets and lights in the kitchen and both bathrooms, We had show horses that we kept inside of the area that we fenced in early 2020 at the front left of our home. We added the pole barn in 2020. The detached storage unit will remain. Our home has a tankless water heater, a gas log fireplace with a hearth, and plenty of floored attic space useful for storage. We have enjoyed entertaining visitors in the Florida room where lots of natural light enters through the windows at the back of our home. We like that our 2-car garage is at the rear of our home and there's considerably more space available for parking outside of the garage. We will sell lots of items, including furniture inside of our home and on the back porch, as well as some of the equipment under the pole barn. We're making a list, and checking it twice...
