The home features two spacious entertaining spaces with comfortable lounge seating, a pool table that also converts into a ping pong table and a gourmet kitchen equipped with everything you need during your stay. One guest bedroom includes a sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress and a work station with plenty of tabletop space for a laptop and a wireless printer/scanner available is for use. Two other guest bedrooms include comfortable queen size beds and TV's. A full size bathroom includes a shower/tub combo to be shared by the three bedrooms. The master bedroom suite features a king size bed, TV, a sliding glass door opening up to the backyard and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Enjoy the great year-round climate of Encinitas in the spacious backyard! The backyard is equipped with a variety of amenities including a BBQ grill, basketball hoop, dining and lounge seating furniture and a grass play area. Parking available in the driveway for two cars, additional street parking available. The home is equipped with Air Conditioning.
