The home features two spacious entertaining spaces with comfortable lounge seating, a pool table that also converts into a ping pong table and a gourmet kitchen equipped with everything you need during your stay. One guest bedroom includes a sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress and a work station with plenty of tabletop space for a laptop and a wireless printer/scanner available is for use. Two other guest bedrooms include comfortable queen size beds and TV's. A full size bathroom includes a shower/tub combo to be shared by the three bedrooms. The master bedroom suite features a king size bed, TV, a sliding glass door opening up to the backyard and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Enjoy the great year-round climate of Encinitas in the spacious backyard! The backyard is equipped with a variety of amenities including a BBQ grill, basketball hoop, dining and lounge seating furniture and a grass play area. Parking available in the driveway for two cars, additional street parking available. The home is equipped with Air Conditioning. The fifth bed is a full sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress in the living room/kitchen area. The home is fully furnished and equipped with everything you'll need to enjoy your stay including a washer/dryer, household supplies, linens and towels. The neighborhood is a short walk to everything you may need during your stay including grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, convenient stores and more! The home is also just a short drive to the shops, restaurants and night life of downtown Encinitas. Moonlight, Stonesteps and Swamis Beaches are quite close - among the top surfing sports in North County San Diego! Easy access to the Interstate-5 freeway and Coast Highway makes it a quick drive to other San Diego favorites such as area beaches, shopping, restaurants and destinations like the Del Mar Race Track, Sea World, historic Old Towne, the San Diego Zoo, LEGOLAND, Petco Park and the Downtown Gaslamp District.
