The condo has multi speed high quality ceiling fans with wall controls in the breakfast nook, the living room, and the master bedroom for added comfort and savings on your utility bill. There is a storage closet on the deck and you have even more storage in the attic above the master bedroom closet. Since the condo is on the top floor of a three story building you do not hear any footsteps . Because you face away from the parking lot you do not hear cars even when the windows are open. Yet even with all this peace you are only a minute's drive from Rt 50 and two minutes from Interstate 97, allowing you quick and easy access to Washington and Baltimore. BWI Airport is an easy 20 minute drive.
