With plenty of free parking and convenient access to Hwy 17, you can easily enjoy a night on the town and soak up all that Surfside Beach has to offer. Broadway at the Beach and the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk are only 15 minutes north, while Murrells Inlet, known as the "Seafood Capital of SC," is 15 minutes south.
This spacious and comfortable condo is located in Surfside Beach, just 1.5 miles from the closest beach access. It includes a full eat-in kitchen with dining for seven and a comfortable living room perfect for relaxing and enjoying family time. The downstairs primary suite features an en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet. There is also a second hall bedroom with two queen beds and a bath across the hall. The second-floor loft suite offers two double beds, a private bath, and a spacious walk-in closet. Located inside Deerfield Plantation, this villa is quietly tucked away yet right in the middle of Surfside Beach, "The Family Beach," and close to excellent restaurants and fun beach activities.
Linens for all beds, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths are provided, along with a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand and dish soaps, and two laundry pods and dish pods. Beach towels are not included, but you can rent super light and durable backpack-style beach chairs to enhance your stay.
Grand Palms at Deerfield is centrally located in Surfside Beach, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and numerous amenities. There are three grocery stores, Target, and Walmart within a 3-mile or 10-minute drive. Favorite local restaurants like the Wooden Spoon, Surfside Pizza, The Bar-B-Q House, and Johnny D's Waffles are just around the corner. Additional dining and shopping destinations can be found at the Market Common, where you can enjoy a leisurely evening stroll with the family.
The property is non-smoking, and pets are not permitted. Check-in is from 4:00-10:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Quiet hours are between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM as per city ordinance. Please do not hang towels or bathing suits on balconies, and note that portable grills are not permitted on balconies or patios. Charcoal grills are provided for guest use, but must be attended at all times. Parking is available in front of the building without a parking pass requirement. Maximum occupancy is seven, including infants and children, and the minimum age requirement to book is 25.
