As of December 2017They thought of it as their suburban ski lodge-all of the coziness of a rustic stone-and-wood home nestled in the private Twin Eagles community. Sure, summer was spent by the heated pool, sipping mimosas and grilling on the Trex® deck. But as soon as those crisp notes of fall blew in, they'd transition indoors. First to the kitchen for homemade pies, then to the hearth room for hot cocoa. Some days she soaked in the master bath Whirlpool while he read by the windows in the great room as the leaves turned and flakes of snow fell lazily to the ground. Other days they'd entertain friends, listening as one after another exclaimed how magnificent the Leroy Schmucker stonework was around the fireplace, the island, the high-end stove. Saying how the whole home reminded them of a Colorado lodge. And of course it did. It's why they fell in love with it in the first place.
