Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises, including back canyon decks. Do not unplug, tamper with, or cover any Wi-Fi, outdoor security cameras, or locks; fees will apply. Unlawful use of the home is prohibited, including illegal activities or substances and filming adult content. Use coasters under all glasses, cups, or mugs to prevent water rings and stains, and use trivet mats for hot pots to prevent heat damage to surfaces. Do not put metal, plastic, egg shells, grease, potato peels, bones, coffee grounds, pasta, or celery in the garbage disposal. Pets are not allowed in this property, including any type of emotional support animal. Third-party bookings (booking for someone other than the account holder) are subject to an additional $1000 fee. For monthly guests, there is a utility cap of $200; guests will be responsible for any overages.
