The house is unique because it is on the east side of Rockledge Drive (very few houses are right on the water) with 185 front feet of shoreline. Easy access to Viera, US 1, I-95. Viera schools! Priced to sell and the only one directly on the river. If you are from out of town, don't be fooled by the attraction to Merritt Island. Rockledge Drive is an undiscovered gem on the Intracoastal. People don't run or walk on Tropical Trail because of the heavy traffic. Rockledge Drive is less crowded and quiet with better access to everything, whether it's Orlando or Melbourne. The locals know it is one of the best places to live on the water.
