About This Apartment
Apartment for rent at 219 Park Ave #1 Youngstown Oh. It will be available for move in 4/01/2026. The apartment comes with a bedroom, living room, 1 bathroom, kitchen (refrigerator, gas stove/oven), and in building washer/dryer with parking in back or on street. All of the utilities are prorated that include electric, water, and gas. It is split evenly between every person living in the building. The utilities will cost you from $50-$100 per person depending on the time of year. There is one time deposit of first month rent ($775). Pets are allowed but there is a pet rent of $25-$75 per month per pet depending on the size of the pet. All my renters need to have renters insurance that can be purchased from most major insurance agencies (GIEKO, Farmers, Progressive, etc.). Ask me if you meet the qualifications.
