There is a $150 lost key fee and a $100 lockout fee. Guests must maintain a primary residence elsewhere and agree to abide by house rules, maximum occupancy, and payment terms. No subletting or unauthorized guests are allowed. Self check-in and check-out are available, and a welcome booklet will be emailed two weeks prior to arrival. Arrival instructions will be sent three days prior to arrival, containing a navigational application that guides directly to the property.
