Great location as the home is in the Daniel School district, just about as close to Greenville, SC as you can get from anywhere on Lake Keowee, 15 minutes from Clemson and just 10 to Seneca. Close to everything yet a world away when you arrive. The interior of the home is very clean with pine walls and floors, cathedral ceiling and carpet and tile in the basement. Lots of area for the family to gather as there are two large living areas with fireplaces. Speaking of family gathering, you can host a lot of them with 5 rooms for sleeping. The outside hasn’t been ignored. There is a large deck across the entire rear of the home and a patio on the bottom level with hot tub and fire pit along with plenty of area for seating. A beautiful stone path meanders down the hill to the dock which is a double slipped affair with a rooftop patio shared with the home next door (there is also a boat lift in place). There is also a separate gravel path for a gator/golf cart, etc. To top it all of you can actually rent this home if you want to which is a hard situation to find around Lake Keowee.
