Pool and hot tub heating are available for a fee of 40 dollars a day with a 2-day minimum. A small pet or dog under 40 pounds is allowed with a 150 dollar pet fee per animal. Only legal service dogs are exempt with proper documentation. Any damages caused by the pet or extra cleaning will be charged. The house has a driveway that can accommodate 2 cars and overflow parking down the road. A small 18-inch charcoal grill is provided free upon request, and arrangements can be made for a propane/gas grill or other vacation gear.
