Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. No parties or events are allowed, and only registered guests are permitted on the property. A noise alert device is installed to monitor decibel levels and ensure compliance with local noise ordinances. The spa heating element and jets are inoperable, and we offer plenty of body towels but recommend bringing your own pool towels. The fireplace is gas-operated and should only be used if you are familiar with its operation. Small low-key gatherings are allowed only upon request and approval in advance.
The home is remote work-friendly, offering high-speed Wi-Fi and a comfortable living area to accommodate your work needs. A laptop computer is not included.
