This is a very nice large spacious ocean front corner 3 bedroom 2 bath unit located on the 7th floor. This end of the building in on the Ocean Drive side. This allows lots of light into the unit. The unit colors entice a warming relaxing feeling. (yellow with white trim in the living area)Their are new couches and chairs. The stove, microwave, hot water heater and 4 flat screen TV's are new. There are also dressers and night stands which are new. The city park space next door which keep a neighboring building at a distance allows an openness when looking out the windows and from the oceanfront balcony. This allows the side windows good view of the Atlantic ocean. The unit was update when the building was modernized a few years back. All the side and oceanfront windows and sliding doors were replace with the new high wind rated doors. The ocean front owner closet has tile and then the large private owner closet allows an owner to keep many things rather than carrying them back and forth. Springs Towers has a beautiful outdoor pool and hot tub and a large sun deck. The great thing is that guest can use the downstairs bathrooms without the need to return to their unit. Spring Towers has some work out equipment in the building. There is also an indoor hot tub. One the great things about Springs Towers is that you can walk to restaurants, pizza, seafood, ice cream, breakfast, fried chicken (so good at Boulineau's) food store, hardware, post office, etc. If you wish you are a short drive to Little River and a few minutes more to much more shopping and eating.
