The dimmable under cabinet lighting, overhead LED lighting panels and blue pendant lights adds to the ambiance of this exquisite kitchen. Cordova Green condos originally were not built with any lighting in the living rooms or bedrooms. LED recessed lighting has been installed in the living room and both bedrooms along with digitally controlled six speed matching designer fans. The fans have remote and wall controls and basically make no noise. The air conditioner closet is normally in the front foyer area and tended to be noisy when running. The owner built an insulated air conditioner closet in the attic with drop down ladder hatch for easy access. The whole air conditioner system was redone to include new duct work, high capacity air filter, and internal UV light that kills airborne microorganisms. There is also storage room in the attic with lighting. Speaking of storage, an extra closet was added to the guest bedroom that has a closet storage system with wood shelving and drawers. This home has been meticulously remodeled over the past year, so nearly everything in it is new (minus the primary bathroom). There is durable vinyl plank and engineered hardwood flooring throughout the home that comes with a lifetime guarantee.
