The first and second floors of the farm house as a vacation rental, mostly to wedding and winery guests.

The tenants bear a certain amount of REQUIRED and PAID clearly defined property management responsibilities and small tasks here and there, generally around 10 to 20 hours per month. These responsibilities include emergency grounds keeping and housekeeping.

We have a regular groundskeeper and housekeeper to handle the vacation rental; however, it may be possible for the basement tenants to help out with projects. It may also possible for tenant to take on housekeeper responsibilities (8 hours; nearly weekly) and/or grounds keeping responsibilities (8 hours weekly during the growing season).

The farm has 26 acres. It may be possible to have horses or other livestock with additional rent (to be discussed). The 12-stall center aisle barn with storage is in fine condition. However, the farm facilities require SUBSTANTIAL WORK, including fencing and underground water system. The tenant would have to do the work themselves (to be paid) or pay advance farm rent up front.
